                                Appointment Policy



            1. To schedule an appointment the studio requires a $50 or $100 non-refundable
                    deposit to hold the appointment time.
            2. Deposits are applied to the cost of the tattoo once the tattoo has been   
                     completed, and will be deducted from the final payment due.            
            3. Custom tattoo designs are considered property of Funky Rooster Tattoo.
                    They are created for the client with the intention of having                          them tattooed on the premises of Funky Rooster Tattoo and Art. 
            4.  Deposits for custom designs can not be transferred from one design concept
                     to another. 
            5.   If you cancel without 24 hours notice, or if you fail to show up
                     for your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be
                     considered VOID, and you will automatically lose your deposit. 
                    If this happens, you will again be required to pay another
                    deposit to set another appointment.

    Please bring a valid ID with your picture and your date of birth to your appointment
                        By state law, you must be at least 18 years of age 

                              PLEASE- No food inside of the Studio

                 Funky Rooster Allows for a free touch up of your tattoo as long
                       as it is within the first 2-3 months of getting your tattoo
