Although Sarah has been with Funky Rooster as a resident painter and shop manager since its inception in 2013, it made more sense as time passed, that tattooing was an interest in need of exploring. She enjoys working with both black and grey and color designs revolving around nature. She has a very distinct illustrative style working with all the plants, animals, and flowers she can create, and is drawn to creating more fun, whimsical, retro, and sketchy art designs.
Sarah has been tattooing since 2018 and is very excited about what the future holds in her tattoo career. Having graduated with a degree in studio art from NIU, she is excited to build on her artistic knowledge in creating as many fun and lively works of art in the skin that she possibly can.
